Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) has appointed Josua Satavu as its Group Manager – Investment.
Mr Satavu will manage and grow the group’s existing investment portfolio in his new role, and will drive the new ‘impact investment’ in line with the FHL’s core purpoe.
He joins the FHL Group from the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) where his team was mostly involved in managing the equities portfolio in investment.
In his previous role, Mr Satavu had managed and led teams in equities, new acquisitions, offshore equities and provided oversight on investment portfolio pertaining to hotel and tourism development and properties.
His appointment came into effect yesterday.
He is no stranger to the FHL Group, having started his career with FHL as a graduate trainee and later became a broker/dealer with FHL Stockbrokers.
Mr Satavu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Information System, previously a licensed securities broker and had completed various specialised training in investments and capital markets.
