Update: 12:30PM NEW Zealand: DUNEDIN Police have charged a 30-year-old man with murder after the death of a teenager over the weekend.

Police were called to a Clermiston Avenue address last Saturday morning and found a 16-year-old female deceased at the property.

New Zealand Police said the man would be appearing in the Dunedin District Court today.

Police said the man was known to the deceased, and that they were not looking for anyone else in relation to the death.
