Lautoka FC and Navua FC settled for 1-all draw in their Digicel Fiji Premier League clash at Churchill Park yesterday.
Several frustrated Lautoka fans stormed into the referee’s room after the final whistle.
When asked, these fans expressed disagreement with some of the referee’s decisions.
The home side had a strong start in the first 45 minutes, displaying well-structured football with the advantage of a supportive home crowd.
This allowed Sairusi Nalaubu to score the opening goal, prompting Lautoka fans to erupt in cheers.
Lautoka led 1-0 at halftime.
The visitors regrouped in the second half kept possessions well and utilise all the opportunities which landed on their boots.
Lautoka penalised for foul play which allowed Navua to strike in the equaliser through Ali Mekawit.
The Sugar City side tried to bounce back but continuously failed.
In other results Nadi beat Nasinu 4-2 at Prince Charles Park while Labasa and Nadroga played to a 2-all draw at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
