Immigration officials in collaboration with police have charged the Fiji Airways passenger seen to be a ‘nuisance’ on board a flight from LA to Nadi.

Police spokesman Wame Bautolu confirmed the passenger has been charged with Unruly Passengers, under the Aviation Act and will appear in the Magistrate Court in Nadi this afternoon.

“She is in custody with immigration,” he said.

“She was charged under the Aviation Act.”
