WE have drastically overfished our fish stock, says Minister for Fisheries Semi Koroilavesau.

While addressing the Nadi business community over the weekend, Mr Koroilavesau did not mince his words when it came to Fiji’s depleting fish population.

“The main challenge in fisheries is overfishing,” he said.

“No one really knows the extent of overfishing in Fiji.
