A majority of Motibhai Group of Companies have been fully vaccinated, says group human resources manager Sanjay Kumar.

He said the company had been paving the way for their employees across the country to get the double dose.

“For Motibhai Business Park in Nadi, every staff is now fully vaccinated while other employees, like in Ba, are in the process of receiving their first or second jab,” he said.

“Now that there has been a no jab, no job policy implemented within workplaces, our initiative ties in well with that.
“We are revising our human resources to reflect that as well.

“I urge our employees to get vaccinated to remain employed.”

He said the closure of Fiji’s border has had a major impact on the business and they hoped that the vaccination campaign was a step closer to some sense of normalcy.

“We want people to get back to work.

“People are struggling to put food on the table and they want to work.

“So we hope that things do get better. We open our borders and, most importantly, provide employment for those still without work.”
