Court documents related to a ‘No Jab, No job’ policy judicial review filed by a group of former employees have been directed to the Minister of Employment and to the Attorney General’s office.
At the High Court in Lautoka yesterday, the order was handed by the Chief Justice Kamal Kumar who directed that all other parties be served with all related documents.
Human rights lawyer Aman Singh who represented the applicants Alifereti Caucau, Jope Koroisavou, Vasiti Toga, Alanieta Koroisavou and Thomas Johansen confirmed that the Constitutional challenge was against Government’s ‘No Jab No Job’ policy which mandated compulsory vaccination for all Fijians.
The matter has been adjourned to September 23.
