Netball Fiji is excited to announce the upcoming Vanua Challenge, a tournament that was originally planned to take place last year but was postponed.

Chief executive Vivian Koster is determined to make the tournament a success this year, with teams from the 14 provinces, Rotuma and Rabi set to participate.

Koster sees this tournament as a great opportunity to uncover hidden talents and skills within the provinces, and to nurture and showcase these talents.

The organisation is also looking forward to continuing the Finance Hub Super League and launching the Vanua Challenge as part of efforts to identify and develop talent.

Netball Fiji is in negotiations to organise an under-21 tournament in August, which will feature two international teams competing against the Fiji U21 team.

She said the upcoming PacificAus Sports tournament will also be crucial for the Fiji Pearls, as it will give them the chance to maintain their world ranking and showcase their capabilities on the international stage.
