After enthralling the audience of Hindi cinema, Sunny Leone has now shifted her focus on the South industry.

She is all set to make her debut in the Tamil film industry with Veeramdevi, in which she plays a warrior princess. And like her successful stint in Bollywood, the actress is hopeful of an equally fruitful journey in South as well.

While talking to a website about testing new waters, the actress said, “This film will help me grow as a person and as an actress. Being able to learn about a completely different culture is something that I like a lot and enjoy.”

Sunny is even prepared to learn a new language for the project. She added, “It will be challenging, but I am not worried about learning it for this film. I am actually very excited about this whole process. The amount of effort that has gone into this character is amazing and I’m beyond excited to start shooting. I will be taking riding lessons… in Los Angeles and in India. And, of course, I will be attending workshops to learn Tamil.”

Though she is busy juggling two industries, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t play her part of a mother in real life, to the T. She said, “My husband (Daniel Weber) and I have developed a system that works for all of us. Therefore, I see Nisha (their daughter) a lot.”

Sunny also stated that parenthood has changed her and Daniel for the better. “We are more in love with each other and are completely in love with Nisha. She is the light of our life and makes us better people and parents every day,” she said.
