Update: 3:01PM FORMER Flying Fijian flanker Iliesa Ratuva has finally call it a day from rugby.

The 35-year-old policeman was farewelled by his teammates and Nadroga rugby officials during the Nadroga Rugby Union Awards night at the Ratu Makutu Hall at the Shagri-La’s Fiiian Resort on Tuesday evening.

Ratuva will now work at the Korovou Police Station in Tailevu.

He hung his boots after more than 10 years of playing for Nadroga and Fiji. 

“I believe I have achieved my goal in rugby and reached the pinnacle of my rugby career,” he said.
