Like other products there is no use-by date, otherwise the tertiary loans committee will be worried.
The knowledge acquired belongs to the holder for life including critical ability.
Otherwise without a degree the job search can be demanding, sometimes lifelong if low income jobs cannot be secured.
We can easily tell those who have a degree.
