THE Fiji Labour Party says it sees nothing wrong with transferring principals to the administration section of the Education Ministry if they can assist in formulation and implemention of sound policies in schools.

Party leader Mahendra Chaudhry made the comment yesterday after Attorney-General and Minister for Civil Service Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said this practice was akin to “cannibalising their core business”.

“This is a classic case of Mr Sayed-Khaiyum once again crossing the line into the affairs of another ministry,” said Mr Chaudhry.
