I find it weird and absolutely shocking to read the CEO of FEA claiming I am not on his billing list.
This is immaterial, what does my name have to do with the bills we have received.
He was quick enough to check my name and failing to accept the erroneous more-so charging us when we did not use the so-called watts we received.
I pay electricity bills every month irrespective of whoever I pay for.
I don’t own a meter, the head of my family does. Besides, Ba Town may have got power on the claimed date but not us and many others who have received bills.
The issue here is not my name on the billing date but sending bills for the dates that we did not have power. To make matters worse, the CEO’s swift defence on an issue that not only concerns me but countless others with similar claims shocks me.
Some weeks ago I thanked his human resources, that is the FEA workers for tirelessly working to fix the powerlines in the Severe TC Winston-affected areas and the CEO was nowhere seen to acknowledge my appreciation, not that I was craving for his recognition.
