Update: 4:10PM ASSISTANT Minister for Youth and Sports, Iliesa Delana has urged the youths of Malolo Island to be innovative and venture into some form of tourism business of their own.

Mr Delana urged the youths on the island to maximise the resources they have and be innovative while enjoying the benefits from the tourism industry.

He made the requests while visiting youths of Solevu and Yaro villages on Malolo, Yanuya and Tavua islands this week.

“While most youths in other parts of Fiji seek employment opportunities, youths in Malolo don’t have to look far to get jobs,” he said.

“Great and better opportunities are available to you and should be embraced and maximised wisely to help you enjoy living on your islands.”
