GOOD to know that the court ruled against the Department of Environment for refusing to give an EIA report to residents on a planned development in Pacific Harbour ( FT/25/5/16).

I believe the question that needs to be answered is who gave the order not to give an EIA

report despite knowing it’s public document under the Act.
