There is not a single day on Fiji roads that we have an accident-free ride and travel. I commute to work daily and just yesterday I saw three accidents early in the morning.

This has become a daily sight on Fiji roads. Some years ago, people were quick to blame the poor conditions of the road, what now when the largest share of Fiji’s national budget is allocated to infrastructure, in particular roads.

Simply goes to show poor driving coupled with a ‘why do I care’ attitude of some reckless drivers. Something needs to be done before more innocent lives are lost. Frustrating indeed!
