Considering the low wage rate and high cost of living in the country, wouldn’t it be ideal for a person to be eligible to swipe his/her disposable eTransport card with whatever remaining balance and top it up with another valid disposable card to total the exact fare?

Therefore, he/she will have the opportunity to use every single cent of the card they purchased.

I am certain that majority of the public will agree with me.
