Former Fiji Airways chief customer service officer Shaenaz Voss will reappear in court on October 24.
The 63-year-old appeared in the Nausori Magistrate’s Court yesterday for charges in relation to the unlawful carriage of firearms aboard a domestic flight.
Ms Voss appeared on a charge of failure to comply with the requirements of the operator’s airline program, contrary to Section 37 of the Civil Aviation (Security) Regulations 1994.
It is alleged that on October 8, 2018, at Nausori Airport in the Central Division, she failed to comply with the requirements of the Fiji Link Operation Airline Security Program on board domestic flight FJ 32.
She had pleaded not guilty in April to one count of failure to comply with the requirements of the operator’s airline program.
Her next court appearance will be for a pre-trial conference at the Nausori Magistrate’s Court.
