FijiCare Insurance Limited has announced a change in chairmanship of its board with Dumith Fernando appointed to the position effective November 1, 2020.

Mr Fernando has been an Independent Director on the FIL Board since June 2019.

He is the chairman of Asia Securities Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and is also the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

He replaces Avi Raju who steps down as FIL Board chairman and now becomes an executive director of the FIL Board.
