A 27-year-old Vatuwaqa resident who allegedly caused the death of a 43-year-old man will reappear in the High Court in Suva on Thursday.

Inoke Qalololoma, who faces a charge of murder, appeared before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.

Mr Qalololoma is alleged to have caused the death of a man whose body was discovered motionless on Christmas Eve last year near Lami’s Vugalei Cemetery.

The matter was adjourned to resolve pre-trial conference issues and the determination of a trial date.
