Update: 4:39PM A 30-year-old resort worker who raped and impregnated a juvenile was jailed for 10 years and 10 months by the Lautoka High Court on Monday.

Justice Aruna Alguthe said the perpetrator was closely related to the victim and he had breached the trust reposed on him by committing the act.

During court proceedings it was revealed that the attack happened in June, 2013.
