Construction, Energy and Timber Workers Union national secretary John Paul was stopped from entering the Energy Fiji Limited Kinoya Depot to conduct a secret ballot for industrial action this morning. Speaking to The Fiji Times, he said he was able to conduct the ballot in other EFL stations and facilities but was stopped by security guards from entering Kinoya. More on this story as it develops.
