THE defence lawyer for Tui Nalawa Ratu Epeli Naiqamu has questioned the authenticity of the alleged Uluda Declaration which was allegedly signed by four chiefs from the Ra Province in October 2014.
While cross examining chief investigator Assistant Superintendent of Police Loraini Seru yesterday, Kevueli Tunidau argued that there were no listed declarants on the document.
The Uluda Declaration was one of four (including the Ra Sovereign Christian State Declaration, the 10 Commandments or Ra Sovereign Christian State Constitution and the International Court of Justice petitions) main documents being tendered as evidence against the 16 from Ra charged with sedition.
