KPMG has expanded the capacity of its Australian-focused delivery centre Fiji Dynamix (FDX) at its Garden City office in Raiwai, taking it to 104 seats.

This, it said, cements its commitment to building capacity in Fiji, demonstrating the potentials in Fiji’s outsourcing sector.

Highlighting the importance of Fiji Dynamix in the KPMG Fiji journey, the firm’s national managing partner Mid-Market and Private Naomi Mitchell said Garden City was a response to the rapid growth in client demand for KPMG’s services delivered through an outsourcing model. “We opened our ‘Star One’ office in August 2023 and followed that with the establishment of KPMG’s Garden City office in Suva in 2024, complementing the firm’s established footprint in Suva Central,” she said in her launch address.

“The Garden City office now houses the KPMG FDX team and significantly expands our local KPMG office network. The firm has grown from 160 to now 440-plus people across Fiji.” KPMG Fiji managing partner Sharvek Naidu said KPMG Fiji was committed to ongoing investment. “Since 2023, KPMG has invested heavily in new office spaces between Star One in Nadi and Garden City in Suva – which has helped our own people and clients, the Fiji economy and job creation,” he said. “That’s about the continued growth of Fiji and the overall support for clients, people and growth.”

Officiating at the launch, Australian High Commissioner to Fiji Peter Roberts said the expansion was a significant milestone for Fiji’s reputation as a regional hub for digital innovation and high skill professional services

“Over the past decade, Fiji has emerged as a trusted and competitive destination for outsourcing services.

“Australia has played an important role in this, as more than 85 per cent of the clients for Fijian outsourcing firms are Australian-based companies.

“KPMG has been an early mover in recognising Fiji’s potential and your model is really interesting. Through Fiji Dynamix, you have shown that highly skilled Fijian professionals can work fully integrated with Australian teams,” Mr Roberts said.

With the expansion, the centre now has a capacity of 104 seats “with 65 already filled with FDX staff – including 33 dedicated FDX graduates from the recent January 2026 intake.”
