Commander of Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF), Major General Ro Jone Kalouniwai expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the wives and mothers of the Territorial Force (TF) Brigade.

He officially opened the first-ever TF Wives and Mothers Tournament yesterday at Nasau Park in Levuka.

Maj-Gen Kalouniwai acknowledged the critical role they play in sustaining the morale and strength of the Force through their love, sacrifice, and resilience.

He also thanked the TF Brigade for organizing the sports meet that is aimed at fostering unity, wellness, and camaraderie among the families of service members.

“The event marks a significant milestone in recognising the often-unseen contributions of military families, especially the women who form the backbone of support for the RFMF,” Maj-Gen Kalouniwai.
