Adi Cakobau School will be taking its sporting prowess from the athletics track to the rugby field this year during the Raluve Eastern Zone Weetbix Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby competition this weekend.

Known for its dominance on the track, ACS is expected to bring the same type of heat and competitivity as they join the tournament.

Schools in the tournament will now have to watch out for the track queens as they play their first game this weekend.

The 2023 Coca-Cola Games winners in the girl’s division will now join Lelean Memorial School, Dilkusha Methodist High School, Sila Central High School, Vunimono High School, Tailevu North College, Levuka Public School, and St John’s College in the Eastern Zone.

The Raluve competition consists of only two grades – under-18 and under-16.

Both grades from ACS will be facing Lelean Memorial School in their first matches. Dawasamu Secondary School are currently the champion of the competition in the under-18, where they defeated St John’s College 13-0 in the final last year.
