Courts Fiji Limited launched its 2026 Mother’s Day and Hisense FIFA World Cup promotion in Suva yesterday.
Courts Fiji Limited general manager Retail and Marketing Anil Senewiratne said the promotion aimed to honour the quite sacrifices of mothers and the motherly figures who filled homes with love.
“At Courts, we remain committed to making every celebration meaningful by offering practical solutions and quality products that enhance everyday living for Fijian families,” Mr Senewiratne said. He said by spending $100 or more on any Hisense product, customers were entered into a weekly draw to win 1 of 30 prizes with a total pool worth $44,000.
Mr Senewiratne said customers could also discover gifts from home decors, furniture, wellness products to the latest IT gadgets and appliances.
He said customers could also get huge savings and discounts on home appliances and furniture, exclusive combo deals available on selected items, red pen deals during live roadshows, extended warranty on selected products with exciting instore demonstrations and convenient financing options.
“As part of our community commitment, Courts and Sportsworld, in collaboration with Diabetes Fiji, will host free wellness screening clinics in selected locations.
Customers will have access to blood sugar testing, practical lifestyle advice and information on early detection and prevention – helping to promote healthier communities.”
Meanwhile, in collaboration Vision Group Foundation donated a KGM Musso vehicle to Diabetes Fiji to deliver timely services to the people.
Diabetes Fijis acting chief executive officer Niraj Bhartu said Fiji was among countries with the highest rate of diabetes and if not managed properly, it could lead to severe complications such as heart diseases and kidney failure.
He said they would be conducting free mobile screenings for six days in a week for the next 12 months, which would include blood sugar tests, BMI assessments and nutrition counselling.
Mothers will also have a chance to win a one-night stay at Hilton Resort from Vision FinTech as part of its exclusive Mother’s Day promotion.
Customers will be entered into the draw for every international money transfer or foreign currency exchange.
The promotion was also launched in Courts Ba and Courts Mega Labasa; and is valid until May 17 this year.
