A COMPANY of teams from differing hemispheres are what the Fiji Airways national men’s and women’s 7s teams find themselves up against for the Hong Kong 7s later this month.
The men’s side are grouped in Pool B with northern hemisphere sides France, Germany and Great Britain while the women’s side are grouped in Pool A with northern hemisphere teams Brazil, Japan and fellow southern hemisphere team, New Zealand.
The pool arrangements are composed of the top eight teams that made the cut following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season of the HSBC SVNS since the competition now turns into a three-leg Championship format, beginning with Hong Kong.
