Xavier College and Ba Methodist lead medal tally

BA Methodist High School and Xavier College are off to a strong start at the Coca-Cola Ba Zone athletics competition, leading the medal tally after the first day at Churchill Park.

Ba Methodist currently tops the girls’ division with nine gold, two silver, and one bronze medal. Close behind is AD Patel College with eight gold, eight silver, and 12 bronze medals, while Xavier College sits third with six gold, eight silver, and three bronze medals.

In the boys’ division, Xavier College leads with five gold, 10 silver, and five bronze. Nukuloa College holds second place with five gold, two silver, and three bronze, followed by Ba Methodist High School in third with five gold, two silver, and one bronze medal.

With Day Two still to come, the race for overall honours promises an exciting finish.
