NEPTUNE Pacific Direct Line has advised its customers of its temporary suspension of new bookings to/from the Middle East.
In a statement, NPDL highlighted that due to the current conflict in the Middle East, Neptune Pacific “suspends the acceptance of new bookings to and from Gulf and other affected Middle East destinations until further notice”.
NPDL said it had made the decision to ensure the “safety and security” of its team, agents and partners.
“While these measures are necessary, we recognise the potential impact on supply chains and remain committed to working closely with you to minimise disruption wherever possible,” NPDL said.
“We will continue to assess the situation and update you once our partner carrier Pacific International Lines (PIL) resumes normal operations from the Middle East.”
