Westpac customers are being advised of temporary measures put in place following an unplanned service disruption affecting several online key services.
The bank confirmed that its Suva, Nausori and Lautoka branches will open at 11:00am today, allowing customers to make cash withdrawals of up to $500 only.
The measure has been introduced to ensure customers can access cash while technical teams work to fully restore services.
The disruption is currently affecting Westpac ATM, EFTPOS, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services.
The bank says its teams are actively working to restore all systems as quickly as possible and will continue to provide updates as progress is made.
Customers with urgent queries have been advised to contact the bank’s customer care team on 132032.
The bank has apologised for the inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their patience and understanding while the issue is being resolved.
