Members of the media gathered outside the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption office this morning were filmed and photographed by an unidentified individual from the third floor of the Commission’s building.
Reporters and photographers from various media organisations were stationed outside the premises awaiting word on the charging of Charlie Charters.
A Fiji Times newsroom staff member noticed the individual holding what appeared to be a phone and recording those assembled below.
Upon realising that pictures were being taken, the individual quickly retreated from view.
It is unclear who the person was or in what capacity they were filming.
Mr.Charters was charged by FICAC today and presented in court.
