The driver of a Nasese bus charged in relation to a fatal accident in Suva in October of 2023 has had his bail extended.
Ronal Vikash Nair, 23, appeared before Magistrate Hettiwattage Shageeth at the Suva Magistrate’s Court number five yesterday, charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
The charge relates to an accident that occurred at a pedestrian crossing along Victoria Parade, which claimed the life of a 23-year-old woman.
Mr Nair has been complying with all bail conditions imposed earlier.
The case is adjourned to March 31 for the continuation of the hearing.
