FFirefighters attended to a fire at the Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) office in Lautoka.
The Fiji Times West office is located on the top floor of the affected building.
No official confirmation has yet been given on the cause of the fire, and further updates are expected.
Following the incident, EFL has advised that its Customer Care Centre in Lautoka City is temporarily closed.
The fire has also impacted network services, causing disruptions at EFL Customer Care Centres across the Western Division, including Nadi, Ba and Rakiraki.
EFL has apologised for the inconvenience and is urging customers to use alternative channels for assistance.
