As Fiji moves into 2026, Finance Minister Esrom Immanuel is adamant about Government’s commitment to responsible financial management.
This, he said, would include supporting small and medium businesses, attracting investment and creating jobs.
“The year gone by tested our resolve, but it also showed the strength of our people, our businesses and our institutions,” Mr Immanuel said.
“Through discipline, hard work and unity, we continued to stabilise our economy, support livelihoods and create opportunities for growth.
“We will continue to focus on inclusive growth so that the benefits of development are felt by every family and community.”
The minister also thanked his team and stakeholders for their support.
