The hearing for a case involving former military accounts officer Ledua Matai and his wife, co-accused Taucilagi Duri, will be held on July 15 and 16 next year.
Mr Matai faces a count of abuse of office while his wife is charged with one count of aiding and abetting abuse of office.
The charges are allegedly connected to Mr Matai’s former position as an accounts officer with the Republic of Fiji Military Forces.
FICAC is alleging that Mr Matai failed to declare his personal interest in a business named Ink Escape Supplies before setting up the business as a vendor to the RFMF.
