Seiko Week early this month was marked with much fanfare with PROUDS successfully hosting two exclusive cocktail evenings at its Downtown Nadi and Suva Central stores on December 1 and 2 respectively, treating invited guests to a sophisticated showcasing of SEIKO’s craftsmanship and newest arrivals to the Fiji market.
The event brought together watch enthusiasts, valued customers and distinguished guests to witness and celebrate Japanese precision, heritage and innovation in watchmaking.
During the evenings, SEIKO and PROUDS proudly unveiled two exceptional Australasian Limited Edition timepieces. The first was the Presage Cocktail Time Australasian Limited Edition – “The Conte”, limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide.
The second reveal was the Prospex Australasian Limited Edition ‘Kame’, a bold and purposeful design celebrating the natural beauty of the Great Barrier Reef. Inspired by the sea turtle — “Kame” in Japanese.
Seiko Australia’s group sales manager Oceania Brett Neill, who unveiled the timepieces said the new Seiko limited edition watches feature distinctive design elements with each timepiece meticulously assembled by Seiko’s master watchmakers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

‘The Conte’ pays tribute to one of the world’s most iconic aperitifs, the Negroni, with rich, warm hues and a beautifully textured dial inspired by the layers and artistry of cocktail culture.
The ‘Kame’ reflects SEIKO’s ongoing commitment to ocean conservation and marine preservation, combining exceptional performance, purposeful design, and environmental consciousness.
