THE Dayal’s Sawmillers National Club Championship 2025 final play-offs will commence today, with teams vying for the $4000 prize money at the Fiji FA Academy grounds in Vatuwaqa.

According to Fiji Football Association chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf, this event will mark an exhilarating conclusion to a remarkable year of football, showcasing strong participation from various major districts.

Yusuf acknowledged that a few teams may face challenges due to players signing professional contracts with Bula FC and consequently missing out on the final rounds.

“Some teams may be affected as a few players have now signed professional contracts with Bula FC and won’t feature in these final rounds, but this only shows the strength of our development pathway.”

The tournament schedule includes two matches per day today, tomorrow, and Saturday.

Kicking off the games today at 12pm, Friends United will be up against Combine Brothers, while Ray United FC will compete against Combine Verata at 2pm.

The top-performing team from each group will advance to the final match, scheduled for Sunday at 1pm.

This year’s champion will walk away with $4000 in prize money, while the runner-up will receive $1500.
