The fate of a 20-year-old accused of causing the death of a man in 2023 will be revealed next week.
Timoci Matanimeke’s matter was today listed for judgment before Justice Siainiu Fa’alogo Bull in Suva, however, this has been adjourned.
Mr Matanimeke is charged with a count each of murder, aggravated robbery, and criminal trespass.
The victim in this case is Nitya Nand, who was residing at Samabula at the time.
The case has been adjourned to December 15.
