The Ministry of Immigration has released a public wanted list of 20 individuals who have absconded, in breach of Section 13(2)(a) of the Immigration Act 2003.
According to the notice, the majority of those listed are foreign nationals from Bangladesh, Kiribati and the Philippines.
The ministry is calling on members of the public to assist by providing any information on the whereabouts of the absconders.
The individuals failed to comply with the conditions of their permits and are now considered to be unlawfully residing in the country.
