QUEEN Victoria School’s 10-Year Strategic Plan 2026- 2035 is aimed at elevating academic excellence, leadership and holistic development and strengthening stakeholder connections.

Launched during the school’s prize giving ceremony last Friday, the plan includes a commitment to modernising the school’s aging infrastructure and facilities.

Chairman of the school’s board of governors, Nacanieli Yalimaiwai, said: “This plan sets out a transformative vision that honours the school’s distinguished heritage while embracing innovation and modern educational practices.”

“This document represents a vital blueprint that reflects our commitment to restoring, rebuilding and revitalising its original purpose of nurturing future leaders of Fiji.”

School principal Waliki Nasau emphasised the school’s dedication to transformation.

“This document serves as our commitment to implementing key initiatives that will transform the educational experience of our students and uphold the school’s long-standing legacy of leadership and academic excellence.” Mr Nasau said.

“The plan will be implemented in phases, ensuring careful execution, continuous stakeholder engagement, and adaptive management as the school progresses toward realising this ambitious vision.”
