CLAD in black, the Ba Muslim futsal side took home the winning trophy of the FMF Muslim Futsal IDC after a 4-2 win over Valelevu in the final at Suva’s FMF Gymnasium yesterday.
The showdown took place at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva.
Goals for the men in black were scored by Imran Wali Khan, Faazil Faizul Ali and Zaim Khan.
Valelevu’s goals were scored by Zishaan Nasibdar.
Ba had led 2-nil at halftime.
Winning coach Amit Kumar said yesterday’s win was a mission accomplished.
Prior to the final, the Maigania under-15 team won 2-1 over Nadi to scoop the title.
In the legends final, the Intiaz Khan captained Suva side thumped Nakasi 3-ni.
In an entertaining final of the Master’s division, Makoi edged North East 3-1 on penalties after both teams were locked 2-all after extra-time.
Maiganya won the Plate final defeating Navua 2-1.
