THE Suva Futsal side successfully defended their title at the Extra Futsal Inter-District Championship 2025, securing a dominant 3-0 victory in the final against Tailevu Naitasiri, which was held at the Vodafone Arena in Suva yesterday.
The team put on a clinical display, with goals from Nikil Chand, Merril Nand, and Krishneel Singh.
Head coach Vivek Nadan praised the team for their consistent performance throughout the competition and dedicated the win to the sponsors, families, and supporters of Suva.
“The boys gave their all in the final, we stayed consistent throughout the competition I’m proud of the boy’s performance,” said Nadan.
Krishneel Singh was also recognised as the player of the match in the final, further adding to the team’s success.
