THE Stratum Construction Rewa Football Association side dedicated its win at the 2025 FMF Inter District Championship to its fans.
Rewa beat the host side RC Manubhai Ba 1-nil in the final at the 4R Stadium, Govind Park.
Winning captain Setareki Hughes said the win was for the fans.
“I know it has been a long time coming and I thank each and everyone who had faith in the team and didn’t stop supporting us,” Hughes said.
“I also thank Ba for giving us a good run.
“You guys have a good team and please don’t be disappointed. We have lost many finals and we know what it feels like.
“I know the time is not far when you’ll win a tournament as well.”
With the IDC win, Rewa also has the Extra Premier League title and the Pillay Garments Champion v Champion series title to show for this season.
