The Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) has confirmed that Bua FC will replace Nadogo FC in the Senior Division of the FMF Inter-District Championship (IDC) 2025, scheduled to take place at 4R Stadium and Govind Park in Ba from October 7–12.

Nadogo was disqualified after it was discovered that the district body had provided false information regarding the staging of its Regional Club League. Investigations revealed that no such competition was actually held in Nadogo, despite earlier claims.

As a consequence, Fiji FA has taken disciplinary action against Nadogo FA president Mohammed Yunus, who has been indefinitely suspended for misleading the parent body. A full investigation into the matter will follow.

Meanwhile, Bua FC, which had originally qualified for the Premier Division based on its Extra Senior League ranking, was reassigned to the Senior Division after a compliance review found that their Regional League was not fully completed, with matches only staged in the first quarter of the year.

The Senior Division pools for the 2025 FMF IDC are as follows:

Group A: Lami, Taveuni, Bua

Group B: Rakiraki, Savusavu, Dreketi
