ASCO Motors hosted its highly anticipated Open Day at its Nabua Dealership, welcoming Fiji’s skilled technicians, tradespeople and technical professionals to explore career opportunities within the organisation.

The event offered attendees a firsthand look at the dynamic and innovative work environment at Asco Motors, the company said in a statement.

“The Open Day was a powerful reminder of the incredible talent and ambition that exists within Fiji’s technical community,” Asco Motors chief executive officer Ronald Kumar said.

“We believe that every technician, tradesperson, and aspiring professional deserves a workplace where they can thrive, innovate and lead.

“At Asco Motors, we don’t just offer jobs, we offer journeys of growth, purpose and excellence.

“Seeing so many passionate individuals walk through our

doors reaffirmed our commitment to building a future powered by people.”

Participants toured the company’s state-of-the-art facilities, interacted with experienced staff and technical experts and gained insights into the structured career pathways available to those seeking professional growth.

Attendees also received information on job openings, training programs and mentorship opportunities designed to support long-term career development.

A highlight of the event was the special appearance by the rugby legend Waisale Serevi who engaged the audience with his message of discipline, teamwork and continuous improvement.

“Asco Motors is committed to building a workforce that is not only technically skilled but also empowered to lead and innovate,” Mr Serevi said.
