THE Tribunal overseeing the case of suspended Fiji Corrections Service (FCS) Commissioner Dr Jalesi Nakarawa (pictured outside the tribunal venue) will meet again next Tuesday for another pre-hearing conference.
Dr Nakarawa appeared before Justices Daniel Goundar, Dane Tuiqereqere, and Savenaca Banuve in Suva yesterday.
One of the complaints against Dr Nakarawa alleges that he terminated a senior medical officer’s services, and his wife later filled in for this role in an acting capacity.
Dr Nakarawa has received the first phase of disclosures and will get the second phase in the coming days.
He has also received a copy of the amended allegations, which include specific details.
The hearing is set to take place from November 3 until November 14 this year.
