Christopher Wasasala put Labasa ahead in the first half after a Suva defensive lapse, giving the visitors a 1-0 lead at halftime.
Wasasala had the chance to extend the lead in the second spell but missed from the penalty spot, firing over the crossbar.
Suva equalised when Ravinesh Karan Singh was fouled in the box, and Remueru Tekiate calmly converted the resulting penalty.
In other results, Rewa thrashed Nadroga 5-0 to move closer to securing the league title, while Lautoka edged past Nadi 2-1.
