Fiji’s tourism industry continues its strong post-pandemic recovery, with visitor arrivals for the year to date (January–July 2025) reaching 543,073, bolstered by a record-breaking month in July.
According to official Fiji Tourism statistics, 99,311 visitors arrived in July 2025, a 1% increase over July 2024, and 6.2% higher than July 2023, marking the highest ever number of arrivals recorded for the month.
“This is a milestone month for us. Not only did we surpass previous July records, but we’re on track for one of the strongest tourism years on record,” said Tourism Fiji.
Australia remained Fiji’s top market, contributing 44,972 visitors, or 45% of total arrivals for the month. New Zealand followed with 25,311, and the United States ranked third with 12,226.
