ASCO Motors Fiji launched their 2030 Vision Strategy at their showroom in Nabua on Monday this week, a framework designed to guide the vehicle dealership company over the next five years.
The ‘Asco Motos Vision Strategy 2030′ is not just a milestone of a strategic document but the beginning of a transformative era shaped by collaboration, innovation and a shared commitment to excellence.
Asco Motors Fiji chief executive officer Ronald Kumar the Vision 2030 is Asco’s commitment to growth and success in the country.
“We are building more than a business, we are building a community of thinkers, doers and leaders,” Mr Kumar said.
He said Asco Motors Vision 2030 relayed a powerful truth: “our future is built by our people”.
“From the earliest stages of development, the initiative was grounded in the insights and aspirations of Asco Motors Fiji staff. Their contributions were not only heard but they were instrumental in shaping the vision that was launched today,” he said.
Mr Kumar further said their people-first approach is central to the Asco Motors strategy and in recognising the strength of the organisation, talent, dedication and ingenuity of the workforce.
“By nurturing these qualities, Asco Motors strives to position themselves not only to meet the challenges of tomorrow but to lead the way in shaping the future of the motor vehicle industry.
“Asco Motors understands the importance of contributing to the broader community. Hence Vision 2030 includes initiatives aimed at strengthening local partnerships, supporting sustainable development, and promoting inclusive growth.”
Akira Shida, managing director of Asco Motors’ parent company Toyota Tsusho South Seas Limited, said Vision 2030 is a reflection of Asco’s collective ambition.
“It’s not just a strategy, it’s a shared promise to build a future that is safer, smarter and more sustainable for everyone” Mr Shida said.
The newly launched framework is designed to strengthen Asco’s operations, empower their workforce and elevate the Asco brand across the South Sea region.
